We want everyone to be able to enjoy a relaxing and enriching holiday with us, including those with disabilities. We recognise that accessibility is about more than just mobility — it's about ensuring dignity, comfort and ease for every one of our guests, including those who are blind, partially sighted, neurodiverse or affected by other hidden disabilities.
Accommodation
Our property portfolio contains over 350 individual villas, apartments and hotels, most of which are privately owned. We are currently working with our overseas teams to assess and, where possible, improve access and suitability at all of our accommodation. The first stage will be to introduce a ‘step-free access’ filter on our site to make it easier for guests to choose their accommodation. This is an ongoing project, and our goal is to have reviewed our complete portfolio and actioned the filters by March 2026.

Flying
We understand that travel can be challenging, and aim to make your journey as comfortable as possible. Airlines offer special assistance to:

- Passengers with cognitive or developmental disabilities
- Passengers with medical conditions
- The elderly
- Pregnant women
